How to get property case transferred from Mumbai to U.P

Maharastra amravati me 156/3 proprty ka case chal raha hai deewani me aur hum up me mukadama chalana chahte hai ho jayega hum up ke hai
You can either show that part cause of action lies in U.P or you can file a transfer petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court to transfer the case from Mumbai to Uttar Pradesh. if the court finds that the case is to be transfered the case would be transferred
