How to execute a will drafter and signed on normal paper?

I am living with a transgender lady as a daughter. She is very good and treat me as her daughter. She made a paper sign will which she described that after her death her house is for me and her working area where they go for work is for her followers or student or other transgender person living with her. Is there any problem after her about her property.what should I do for claim

You should make ready that transgender to get a registered will duly executed in presence of two witnesses and to be registered in a Office of Sub Registrar. Will is however not required to be a registered documents but even then u should make sure that it be registered one.
