How to defend a false case filled under section 420

We have property business so we get some money on private interest...... Few years we pay proper interest to the money giving party but one year ago recession in property market not able to pay further interest.... So the party told we if we do't giving interest then we have to give some extra property against our interest....... They force us extra property ....in this they force to do some illegal activities....... Now they file 420 against us..... How we defend our case
if a case/ FIR is lodged against you, you need to file an application in the court for anticipatory bail, once you have obtained bail from court you can speak to the opposite party and get the matter settled as there is no point dragging the case as you are admitting that you need to pay the said amount.
