How to deal with a complicated will

my father had two wives Both expired. Father bequested by will of entire ancestral property on his second wife daughter. First wife had one daughter and one son. The will is genuine. Even though son have half share in joint family property as per Hindu Succession ACT father bequeathed by will of entire ancestral property in 1994. the willed daughter was married in 1974. suggest some supreme court citations like valliammai Achi Vs Nagappa Chettiar and their applicability to my case. Charges will be paid

Hello,

You can challenge the will as the will is in contravention of law. Further if he made the second marriage during the a insistence of the first marriage it is illegal.

I feel that the case that you have mentioned may not be applicable to your case as it is a case which deals with the nature of the property being changed.
I will have to peruse the will to give you a proper citation.
