How to confirm your share in ancestral property

27-May-2023 (In Property Law)
I am from Hindu family. My Grand Father has made a will (notarized) in which he has mentioned that he is willing to give his entire share from an ancestral property (a house purchased by my great grandfather) only to my father & not anybody else. He has died in year 2001 & we have submitted the copy of will in registrar office in year 2002. Now on basis of this will we are going to apply for Letter of Administration. Can we also demand the court to define the exact percentage of his share in an ancestral property?

NO he can not do so, as if your father have other siblings alive they can claim their share by filing a suit for partition.
