How to complete Kolkata property mutation

30-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
I am willing to purchase a property, hence I would like to know how mutation can be done in Kolkata. Should I do notary at the same time mutation? Or should I do registration at the same time mutation?? Please elaborate along with the complete details.

As per query first you need to do registration then after the deed of conveyance you need to do mutation after you receive assesse no from kmc so first do the registry then mutation if you have anything else to say please revert
