How to claim share in the property without going to the court

(Hindu) sir my father has one brother .My grandfather's property is registered in the name of my mother and my aunt.currently my uncle and aunt's family are living in the whole property.sir now we want division of land but they are saying that it does't belong to us.sir they are frauds..Sir we dont want to case a file because it takes a long time to get justice Sir how can we get our share without filing a case? please help us sir ...
