How to claim share in father property captured by second wife

We are Hindus,My father has two wifes,my father was expired,i am the daughter of first wife and i am married,,my mother was expired,second wife has 1 daughter and not married. second wife daughter started wasting the money of my father for their enjoyment and about my share second wife daughter saying that you dont have any right,Can please suggest me about my right on my fathers property.
