How to claim my mothers share in ancestral property

I belongs to hindu family..my grand father sold his ancestral property to his grandson which is my cousin..without successor permission..successors are my father (dead), his father,fathers sister..how could that happened..and what should I do now? My mother is successor after my father..pls guide me how to claim our my mother shares
You can file a suit in court by claiming your rights under the Hindu succession act and giving your share details. You can also demand for no further execution till the final hearing of ur suit and motion.
