How to claim grandfather's property after the father's death

My Grandfather was dead without sharing property. My Father also died in 2011 & I am wanting my grandfather property which my father should get. Plz help me how can I get under MUSLIM LAW..

Sir, You are having legitimate legal right of share in the property of your grandfather. You get definitely a share (inherit) in the property of your Grandmother by Birth according to Muslim Law. As you have not given details of family members the shares cannot be explained. But, you are having legal right of share in the property of grandfather. It is not known who is denying right of share for you. However, you can approach learned Advocate to get issue legal notice to other sharers and file suit for partition and costs.
