How to be a legal hire of my brother of different father

sir , we are two brothers of two different fathers and our father were siblings .
Now all the properties are registered jointly in both of our name . Now my brother is dead and he has no one and even he isnt married also . Now my age is about 75 . As my brother have no one I think I will register all land in my name only . So how can I do this .
