How can son get share in ancestral property after fathers death

My father are 3 brothers . one brother of my father had died earlier and his son also died. My grandfather also died in 2014. my father's elder brother live in dadalai property which now my father wants to get share in dadalai property but uncle did not give it and takes full property. Then how will we get our share. And also dadalai property was inherited from.great great grandparents to grandparent so it have no property documentsdocuments how will we get share in property which have no documents.

As per your information property is of ancestral nature and there is no will in favor of any person and some of the beneficiaries has alsready been died. In this case you should file suit for partition. In which all the legal heir of your great grand father will became party.
