Question of yours indicates that your father is no more. If it is so and your grand father had died intestate, then you and your siblings and mother are entitled to take the share of your father in the property owned by your grand father. You can file a suit for partition of the property. Your grand mother and uncle shall be required to produce the documents in the court of law, if so ordered by the Court. you only need to have the details of the property to file the case.
