How can I claim my share from mothers property

I want to take share of my mother's property.she is alive still. But my 3 brother s hast taken all the property by doing Conspiracy. How can I claim?
Whether the property referred here is your mother's self acquired property and wholly owned by herself.If yes, during her life time she can transfer the same by way of gift or selling the same in accordance with the Law.Neither you nor your siblings can lawfully claim share of her property so long she is alive.However,if she dies without making a lawful will in respect of her property, your entitlement as Coparcener in respect of such property shall be established.At this stage, you may obtain a comprehensive Search report from the concerned authority for such property and contact me through lawRato for further instructions and guidance.
