How can division of property be done among children post fathers death

I want to ask a question...we have one shop of MUNICIPALITY and a house named in my husband who passed away after written will (in will my all 3 son are equally entitle)...can after consent of all 3 sons shop can be transferred or be in name of two sons and house to one sons after consent or mutual settlement
As your husband has left behind a will giving away the share to your son's equally they can relinquish their rights in the property mutually and can some to an amicable settlement as the family decides. the Relinquishment deed should be registered to avoid any dispute in future.
