House to be given as a gift deed

My father had 3 daughters among them 2 are married ...Can my father can gift his house as gift deed to me where still I am not married ....with out my sister's consent.plz suggest
If the property is self-acquired by your father, he can dispose it as per his wish. If it is ancestral property the distribution has to be done in accordance with personal religious laws. The mode of acquiring of property by father is the basis for such distribution
