House handed over without complete work order how to proceed now

Our seller has removed the bathroom glass partitions worth 50k as settlement with the builder without our notice. even during bank loan person visit, it was there. they removed it. We paid everything as per negotiations. Can we go to consumer court as seller is an individual?please help and suggest.
No you cannot approach the consumer court against an individual, you can file a complaint with the police for cheating and fraud or can send him a legal notice before proceeding it with the police. try handling it initially before taking legal steps.
