Home loan taken by brother but EMIs are paid by him and me equally

Dear Sir, My brother and me bought a plot on home loan for 10 years. Loan is on his name but we both are paying EMI (Me 50% and he 50% ) form past 5 years. Kindly suggest a legal way to make agreements between us. Regards.
You both have perhaps registered the plot jointly , then it is not clear as to why loan is in his name alone. anyway it is better to make an agreement between yoursleves and keeping proper account to avoid future complications.
