Helpless For Getting Possession Of The Land

citicon realstate took money before 10 years and have also provided the RoR document of the land but while marking the plot the local Amina says that this plot was sold to some one else before 1984 ( record not their with government database) hence he cannot do the marking of the plot . When we went back to citicon they told that they can not give us the possession due to few reasons . They are saying this after 10 years and they had already taken money from us also . We are helpless . Haveing the Pata of the land (ROR) is also not helping us .
