Having issue with my mother inlaw & sister in law regarding property As my sister law wants property share of my father in law property as she s not married fighting from1.8 yrs from my marriage with my husband who his her brother even we agreed to give money to my mother in law & my sisterinlaw its been mentally & emotionLly they are harrasing me from my marriage to me & my husband mine s arrange marriage from day 1 the issue is same
You haven’t mentioned what properties they are claiming rights in, ancestral or self acquired properties. Generally law entitled them to claim share in ancestral property and intestate acquired properties of your father in law.
