Grounds for claiming ancestral property during fathers life

What amount of share child of divorced wife can claim on father’s ancestral property during the life of father? (if ancestral property was divided between siblings of father) Is it likely 1/2 1/3 1/4 1/ 5 times of the father’s ancestral property What amount of share of fathers own ancestral property is left for him self after the claims by the children .Is it likely 1/2 1/3 1/4 1/ 5 times of the father’s ancestral property
Sister who is divorced can claim only her share after the death of her father for share of property in the name of her father. She cannot claim anything during life time of father. Whatever has been distributed cannot be challenged.
