Grandson sold grandfather's property other grandson wants his share

My grandfather has two sons. Small sons son created passbook and sold properity. In 2007.we are not live in that village from long time. So he created like telling his father is the only son to my grand father so what will I do.
You go for partition through court, first send a notice. if they have already sold the property ask from court to cancel the sale deeds they did and ask for partition, you will get the share you deserve.
