Grandmother sells her property without the consent of grandsons

Hindu law House belongs to grandpa but after his death willed it to grandma's name. My grandma is sailing this house without considering her son and grandson without asking So, we want property not to sold to any others We need to know about our rights like rights of grandson on his grandson property

Here you should first know, how your grand mother acquired the rights over the said property. If it was acquired by your grand mother Under a Gift or Will from your grand father, and the said property is of the self acquired property of your grand father, then you dont have any right to claim share over the said property. In case if your grand father died intestate, (not transferred the right title to any one during his life time) or it is the ancestral property, then you can claim your share over the said property.
