Grandmother self earned property rights after her death

My father passed away before 20 years. My mother is a legal wife with two children. He had second wife without divorce with two children. My father don't have any property. but my grand mother self earned property is there with 5 share uncle and aunt. Now is that possible to claim my share a.if Second wife children also interfere in that prop what happen. Is that possible to get one share for my mother anther one share for me and my sister a. How they split . they all trying to sell prop without me and my mother consideration.

In this case, your father one of the legal heir of your grandmother and further just cause legal notice to your uncle and aunt about the partition of the property further like to say your father second wife children also will get a share.
