Grandmother property given to her daughter can anyone challenge it.

My grandmother has 4 children 1daughter and 3 son daughter is unmarried, grandmother has a pagdi system room on her name which was given to her by her mother ,now if she want to give it to her daughter and if 2 sons r ready for it but elder son childrens are not ready to do so.If grandmother mother make this room on her daughter name can children of elder son challenge in court for there share as we all children has our own property in terms of house other then my aatya n youngest kaka this two children of my grandmother.

Yes,
Grandmother can transfer her house as per her will but if her landlord allow for such transfer.
Her property is self acquired property . Therefore she can transfer as per her will.If challenged by any relatives they cannot succeed in that suit.
