Grand children have their right in grand mothers property but their tight comes through their Father of Mother as case may be. So yes your mother can sell this property to your younger brother. It is better you meet some knowledgeable and experienced advocate in this regard, by by asking this critical issue on the basis your own considered and conceived points will not be truly helpful to you.
