Dear sir
As per hindu succession Act after the death of Grandfather if there is absence of will then all the property belongs to your grandmother and after her death subsequently it will be divided among her children that is 5 daughters and one son in equal ratio.
But if want a division of property and grandmother is willing to divide the property keeping one share to herself and distributing the remaining that can also be done through court.
