GrandMother had self acquired property(not ancestral). GrandMother passed away 2018. Grandmother had 1 son and 1 daughter. Grandmother's son has a minor daughter from previous marriage which has ended in legal divorce. Can the minor daughter from previous marriage of the grandmother's son make any claim in grandmother's properties at any stage, whether now or when she becomes an adult?

on the above mentioned query it is not clear that who are you i.e. grand mother son's daughter or grand mother daughter's daughter.
but hour's first question's answer is that the daughter from the first marriage, can claim her share in her ancestral property at any time and at any stage i.e. if she is minor then through guardian or if she is adult then she claims from herself.
