Grand Mother Is not ready to Share the Property.

Hi. My Father has passed away and currently My Grandmother is Staying with My Uncles. They Brain washed My Grand mother and now she is not ready to share the property to Us(to Me and My mother). Is there any way to Get my share Legally? My Grand father has taken the Property but He Made to my grand mother name while He purchased. My Grandfather also Passed away.
I will help you to file a suit for partition and separate possession and get your father's share in the property as your grand father has purchased and later got transferred to your Grandmother. we must also seek Application against them to not to dispose the property to third person.
