My grand father purchased property in Delhi , later on they passed away & then my grandmother made registry on my Father's & his big brother's name. Now grand mother is no more from last few years.. Now shall I (son, 24years) or my mother can claim a right on that property ? Old advise.Hindu Religion

it will only become hindu undivided property (huf) after the demise of ur father and his big brother, since, it has been transferred in their name by ur grand mother as 1/5 share each. There after, it can be aliented in ur favour.
