Government ordered tenancy to Gangamma

Dear sir/madam... My self Saravanan my grandma got dry land from govt in tenancy order in Indira Gandhi period. Before that property owner name is Govindappa he kept for sale and he made a agreement for sale with his clients and Govindappa didn't register the property to his Clients... Clients went to court and court passed order to the favor of clients when the order passes in between that my grandma was doing agriculture in the land and govt given full right to my grandma and Pani also with her name only but when the case was started from that time to still at present in court was favor of clients only now the last 20 days court passed the order should register the property in the name of clients... Last 3 year before my grandma given that property to my mother and step mother made a partition deed and at present Pani all the documents are running in the name of my mother and step mother... Now on 8th August we applied for Appeal in Bangalore high court but.stilcase was not admitted

You have a good case on merit. As you informed that you had filed appeal, then it is good.

Normally in high court no date will
Be giving for listing. You need to check in official web site of high court by party name or advocate name daily.

As you told you have filed appeal on 8th august, it may take little time to come before court. Request your respective counsel to followup the case or request him to file posting memo of there is urgency.
