A person in our society is gifting a flat to his son.
Can Society will charge Transfer fees ?
Gift Deed Produced must be Registered through Registrar ?
This is my response to you:
1. The society will ask for transfer fees;
2. The Gift Deed must be registered then only it is accepted;
3. It has to be registered at the office of sub-registrar;
4. Consult a local lawyer for better understanding of the concept.
