Gifting my freehold society apartment to wife

I have a society flat in delhi which is freehold & registered with sub registrar office.
Can I gift this to my wife?

You will only have to pay Stamp Duty while executing Gift Deed.
While executing a Gift Deed, there is no Amount of cash involved except for the amount charged for Stamp Duty.
