Gift Deed / Sale Deed best to follow up

Sir / Madam, the property is in mother name, I am the yelder to her. The younger son has lost lot of property belongs to her. Presently only the house is left, so she is saying that the house should be registered on my name. I want to know the way to do it. In future the Younger should not disturb me in any circumstances, the property has owned to me, so please help me in which track I have to follow up.
You Mother must Execute a Gift Deed in your favour and we need mention that your brother has already taken his share. You also need to make your Brother as Attestation Witness to avoid any further litigation.
