GIFT DEED REGISTERED AND STAMPED BY MOTHER TO SON ,CAN IT BE REVOKED

12-May-2023 (In Property Law)
MY MOTHER GIFTED ME HER SELF EARNED FLAT IN 2015 THRU A REG GIFT DEED. NOW MY SIBLINGS ARE AGAINST ME AND HAVE FILED A SUIT AGAINST ME AND MOTHER . MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY IN JAN 2019, SO THEY HAVE ISSUED A CHAMBER SUMMONS PUTING MY NAME IN THE DEFENDANT. TWO MOTIONS AND A SUIT WAS FILED OF WHICH ONE MOTION AND SUIT IS DISPOSED AND REJECTED DUE TO ORIGINAL SIDE MATTERS., YET THERE IS ONE MORE MOTION . MY QUESTION IS WILL THIS MOTION BE THERE WHEN THE SUIT IS DISPOSED AND WHAT COULD BE THE REASON FOR THE DISPOSAL OF THE SUIT.

This is my response to you:
1. The motion also is disposed of when the original suit is disposed of;
2. You must share more details of the case;
3. If there is registered Gift Deed then you have nothing to worry;
4. Consult a local lawyer, discuss full facts and take steps.
