Gift deed in respeect of properry to minor son

Can i make gift deed to my minor son andd what will be the stamp duty for the same and as guardian who will be the owner of the same

You can gift property to your minor son. And as a natural guardian, he can accept that gift through you as signatory on his behalf to Gift deed. But Once that property is gifted to him, you can not sell the said property on your son's behalf without court permission during his minority.
