06-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My society dint transfer my name on the share certificate even after my dad giving me a gift deed for which i filed a case in registrar and it came in my favour under sec 22(2) of mcs act yet society hasnt transfered my name after 1 month and now are writing a letter to me saying they will go for appeal what and how to go about this?
Hello,
Please attach the order copy of the order being received under your favour to the society alongwith the gift deed, apart from that why are the society members denying to transfer any specific reply you have got. Yes you have to go for appeal and make the authority understand that the order wasbeen passed. Before that ask for the reason in writing from society
