Gift deed accepted from far relative

I have accepted a gift deed of immovable property from far relative by showing Brother relationship in deed & also by paying less stamp duty charges meant for blood relation.Can anyone challenge this gift deed in court & please let me know whether this is offensive under both criminal & civil,

Transfer of property through Gift is reserved for limited relatives. So transfer to or from a relative not permitted under rules pertaining to Gift Deed would definitely be questionable. However you may feel it's a distant relative but if he or she comes under the umbrella then you should be fine. check the exact relationship.
