Formation of society for legal case

Can we deposit money from all the members in one persons bank account until a formal society is formed?Later on wehn the account is opened, can we transfer the money to this new account. Will there be any implications on such a person who had kept the fubds initially? Will there be any negative consequences of such a strategy?
No there are no such implications on the given person. Just keep in mind that before the formation of the society make sure that the said person is credible enough not to cheat by any means.
