flat sold without sucession certificate

father died 10 years back without a will/nominee, society inducted my mother as a member on noc by children & indemnity bond but property tax bill remained in fathers name now flat sold property tax asking us for heir certificate for name change. Please tell what to do? We are Hindu family
you can get the heirship certificate from the court and submit that in the office of tax authorities to get the name changed . And also you can say in the application that if the property is transferred in the mother name no objection from son and the court shall issue heir ship certificate accordingly for further details you can call me
