Hello I need to ask, what's the share first is legal wife can get if she's not included in husbands will and all property is been given to divorced second wife's son, plz advice

1. If it is self acquired property then husband can give to anyone;
2. If it is ancestral then you have a claim;
3. If divorce is pending then he cannot alienate the property;
