Filing of cancellation of conveyance and sale deed

05-Nov-2023 (In Property Law)
A person is blackmailing us from a long time saying that he will make our conveyance and sale deed cancelled. The person has no proof of its ownership. Can he file a lawsuit in civil court against me without having any proof of ownership.

Respected sir
you want to know about the civil suit . Dear if you are registered onwer of the property you file the declaration and permanent injunction civil suit against the said person and you also file a criminal complaint regarding the blackmailing to the concerned police against the said person.

Sir
it is hard to say anything without any sufficient information about the property. I ll require exact details of the property and have to look up your property papers and understand on what instance someone is blackmailing you.
please provide me with all your documents so that we can ascertain any chance of him filing civil suit against you.

Hello,
No, he cannot, there is a certain legal procedure which he cannot violates against the registered sale deed or owner of the deed, but blackmailing someone is a criminal offense so kindly take your step against that and lodge a complaint to stop doing it.
