Father's(Not Alive) named property transfer to his single Son.

Sir, I am single son & three sisters with mother alive. My father is not alive. My father's named have a land on which I want to construct a building by taking loan from Bank, But Bank says that the land should be on my named. All my family members (legal heirs) is agree for this. They have no objection to transfer this land to my named. Pls suggest me the process to transfer the land on my name. Thanks. Rajiv Bihar.
