Father want to sell the ancestral property to his son

As property of my two grandpa's. But one grandpa has taken his at another and do a babbarnama. Now my grandpa has expired. My father is only son of grandpa. We were three brothers but one died a left two children behind but Thier mom has got married to other. And both the children is also gone with her. Now I want to buy the home from my father. Is it will any problem in future. Please guide me .

No, ancestral property be cannot be sold without consent of successors in case of major and in in case of minority you might have to take permission from the court. And if property disposed without consent can be reclaimed.
