How is it possible ??? My elder brother doesn't cooperate with me for partition . What shall I do ?? My elder brother doesn't agree to take my sister land property .
First of all, lat me know the number of your siblings. I suggest you to file an application under section 144(2) crpc regarding this matter. After that you have to file a suit for partition and injunction before the local jurisdiction of civil judge(senior division). After the decree you will also an owner of the said property.
