I got property from my mother through the gift deed. My father inherited land have distributed we among 3 ( 2 brothers and mother) after his death. In partition deed mentioned - mother is having 2 lands(2 rtc number) one land for younger son and another for elder son after her death. also mentioned mother doesn't have permission to sell or execute related to sell. she can only enjoy her land until her death. My brother got to to know about gift deed and land transfered to my name, he got stay from the AC court - I should not sell land and should not take a bank loan on the land. My mother is saying I don't want to give land to younger son. Please let me know do I have rights to enjoy entire my mother land. Note - we all 3 agreed and signed the partition deed 25 years back. What can I do now ?

Without verifying the documents, difficult to give opinion. I cannot say without knowing what are the rights given from your mother in gift deed. AC coury details also have to verify. If you need complete advice on this property please contact me.
