Family Panchayat Partition done in 1995

We have a ancestral property in Bangalore and through unregistered family Panchayat partition in 1995 my father got a share in the property and my father was died 3 year ago and the name has been transferred to my mother but sketch is not yet done
In Rtc two names are appearing one is my mother and another one is my uncle. But now he is creating dispute as he need change in possession because his share falls under Rajakaluve buffer zone and he also another land from this partition deed and the same has sold by him around 10 years back.
Please advise
How it’s came jointly just apply for All MRs and Supporting of RTC then you have to challenge the before court to remove joint Katha more details of this contact me through law supporting of documents partition deed and when it was partitioned and All RTC till today from 1995 onwards include family tree thank you
