Ex wife taken share in abroad property will she get in indian also

I own a flat in navi Mumbai. My ex has got 50% share of all my moveable property in India and 50% of my immoveable property abroad also. Does she still has a claim of half share of my Indian immovable property. She is a working lady and earning well.. she has custody of both children and I am also paying child support .. we live in abroad now.What can be done ?
Please let me know whether you are legally separated or not? If yes, what are the terms and conditions of kegal separation? And if not on what basis u r separated and how you transfered your proprty in her name?
