What is Market value of a property? Is buying a fully furnished flat lower than the market value illegal?
no it's not illegal if u buy a flat lower then market value of a property .at first u need to get the query of a flat then as per the current valuation u need to pay stamp duty and registration charges of the flat and then the consideration amount of the flat.
