Eligibility of the daughters in the property of the mother

for my father 3 children, 2 girls and 1 boy, 2 girls are got married in 1983 and 1991 respectively, my father got house from his own earned; he is also expired on 1998; now property is in my mother name; now our sister's are planning to get properties in there names, wether they are eligible to get or not, kindly advise me.
